Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect account data you provide directly (name, email address, profile preferences), authentication metadata (OAuth identifiers, session tokens, IP address, user agent), and billing metadata synchronized from Stripe or Creem.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to authenticate sessions, provision subscription entitlements, enforce usage quotas, store uploaded files, and send transactional lifecycle emails (verification, password recovery, and billing alerts).

3. Third-Party Subprocessors

We integrate with trusted infrastructure providers through decoupled adapters: Neon PostgreSQL for database persistence, Stripe and Creem for payment processing, AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2 / MinIO for object storage, and Resend for transactional emails.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You may update your profile or permanently delete your account at any time from the Account Settings panel. Financial invoice records are retained as required for tax and accounting reconciliation.
