Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Settings page or Customer Portal. By default, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period (`cancel_at_period_end = true`), and you retain full paid entitlements until `entitled_until`.

2. Resuming a Canceled Subscription

If you scheduled a cancellation for the end of your billing cycle, you can resume your subscription with a single click in Billing Settings prior to the period expiration date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Cancellation and refunds are handled separately. Initial subscription charges are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no substantial quota has been consumed. To request a refund, please reach out through our Contact page with your account email.
