Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaS Starter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and sessions. All role assignments, permissions, and entitlements are governed strictly by server-side authorization checks.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Entitlements

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual interval via our payment providers (Stripe or Creem). Feature entitlements and usage quotas are granted upon verified webhook confirmation and remain active through the current paid period (`entitled_until`) or applicable grace period (`grace_period_end`).

4. Acceptable Use & Object Storage

Files uploaded through presigned URLs must comply with configured MIME allowlists and size limits. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and grant us a limited license solely to store, process, and serve those files back to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaaS Starter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
